3 Doors Down is an American rock band formed in 1994 in Escatawpa, Mississippi, by Brad Arnold (vocals and drums), Matt Roberts (guitar) and Todd Harrell (bass). The band signed to Universal Records after the success of their song "Kryptonite". The band has since sold well over 15 million albums worldwide since their debut album, The Better Life, which was released in 2000. "Be Like That" is the fourth single release by the American alternative rock band 3 Doors Down. It peaked at #24 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the U.S. for the week ending November 10, 2001. An alternate version of the song was made, for American Pie 2. The American Pie 2 version had minor lyric changes. A video was also made for this version directed by Liz Friedlander.
